We are seeking a reliable Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanic to handle fleet maintenance and road calls. This role combines stable onsite shop work with dynamic field service. You will keep our fleet moving across East Texas, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Location & Service Area
- Base Region: Deep East Texas
- Service Areas: Crockett, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and surrounding areas.
- Work Type: Onsite shop maintenance and roadside field service.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel trucks and semi-trailers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and brake systems.
- Respond to road calls using the provided company vehicle.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and service reefer (refrigeration) units.
- Maintain clean, accurate records of all completed repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in diesel truck and trailer mechanics.
- Reefer knowledge is highly preferred and a major plus.
- Must possess a clean, valid driver's license to drive the company vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a standard drug screening.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
