Project Engineering Manager

JCOM International LLC has an opening for Project Engineering Manager in Carmel, IN, responsible for leading, supervising, and mentoring project team engineers. Bach. Deg. in Biochemical Engineering or related field reqd. 2 years of exp. in the job offered or related. Exp. must include : 2 years exp. w/ operating technical cleanliness laboratory equipment including gravimetric analyzers, optical microscopes, and particle counters; 2 years exp. w/ industrial cleaning chemistry; 2 years exp. using ZOHO 1 (Desk, Projects, CRM and WorkDrive) software w/ management of at least 15+ concurrent projects; 2 years exp. w/ vacuum degreaser systems and industrial cleaning equipment w/ throughput rates from 10-1000+ parts per hour; Exp. preparing technical reports and documentation for minimum 30+ client projects w/ detailed analytical findings; 2 years exp. directly interfacing w/ industrial clients from automotive, aerospace, or medical sectors; 2 years exp. of compliance w/ EPA, OSHA, and industry-specific environmental and safety regulations.; 2 years exp. coordinating w/ engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams on multi-departmental projects.
