Associate Pediatric Dentist

ICON Pediatric Dentistry, Behl Orthodontics, and ICON Smile Studios are a full-service pediatric dentistry and orthodontics group serving families across Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing, patient-first team across seven locations: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Williamsburg, Hampton, and Yorktown.

You'll work alongside experienced doctors — including Dr. JB Martin IV (Pediatric Dentist, 20+ years of experience) and Dr. Yugal Behl (Lead Orthodontist) — in a modern, fully digital, collaborative environment with strong clinical mentorship, efficient scheduling, and an established referral base.

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Eligible for dental licensure in Virginia.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced providers.
