Head Start Teacher Assistant

Great Falls Head Start Teacher Assistant

Salary: $16.21-$18.37 an hour DOQ. Open July 9th and close July 24th, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Major Duties:

• Assist the Teacher in providing educational experiences
• Actively supervise children and ensure children's safety
• Provide positive guidance and behavior management
• Interact and play with individual and groups of children
• In the absence of the teacher, will assume teacher duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or enrolled
• Valid Montana drivers license
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Must comply with background check requirements
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem solving
