Green Bay Area Growing Company Seeking 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our 2nd shift production team of 10-20 employees. Reporting to the Team Manager, this role oversees workflow, supports production employees, enforces safety and quality standards, and helps achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader comfortable managing people, solving problems, and keeping operations running efficiently using ERP software, IQMS, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet production targets
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to work instructions
• Train, coach, and assist team members on production tasks
• Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns
• Coordinate shift activities and communicate updates with management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees
• Complete production reports and required documentation accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Knowledge of safety compliance and quality control standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
