Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction duties such as loading/unloading materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
