Silver Lake Water and Sewer District (SLWSD) is accepting applications for an immediate opening for the position of Utility Supervisor - Operations.

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising District service installation and other water and sewer field operations under the supervision of, and back-up to the Districts Operations & Maintenance Manager.

The position selects, trains, schedules, coordinates, and supervises 3 to 5 utility staff, plus seasonal staff, including review of work plans, methods, procedures, and safety compliance. Prepares and reviews written reports, maintenance logs, work orders, and employee evaluations.

They will supervise the Districts Runner and Metering Programs, ensuring daily service orders, utility locates, and meter readings, installations, and repairs are performed correctly.
