following position:

Teacher Aide

Charlotte Valley CSD is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Teacher Aide. The ideal
candidate will support classroom activities, supervise students, and assist teachers with daily tasks in a
positive, supportive way. 

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities and student behavior.
• Provide one-on-one support to students needing additional help.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities.
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
•  Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in child development or education
  preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and able to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Compensation
The successful candidate will be provided a temporary position. Starting salary is commensurate with
experience, $16.00/hr. plus contractual benefits.
