Overview
Greene Military & Police has proudly served law enforcement, military personnel, firefighters, and public safety professionals for more than 30 years. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team.
This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and is willing to contribute wherever needed. We are looking for a long-term employee who values reliability, professionalism, and accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits
· Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
· Guaranteed 40-hour work week
· Health insurance eligibility after 90 days
· Paid vacation and PTO eligibility after 6 months
· Stable schedule
Responsibilities
· Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
· Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
· Receive, unpack, and stock inventory
· Organize merchandise and maintain a clean store environment
· Assist with inventory counts and inventory management
· Verify order accuracy and pay close attention to details
· Support daily operations as needed
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and business software
· Basic typing and data-entry skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Professional communication skills
· Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
Physical Requirements
· Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stock merchandise throughout the workday
· Ability to assist with receiving and organizing inventory shipments
Preferred Qualifications
· Military experience
· Law enforcement, fire service, or public safety experience
· Familiarity with tactical equipment, uniforms, duty gear, or related products
· Retail, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience
