Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire | $18-$20 per hour

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Clerical Receptionist to become the welcoming face of a well-established local organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys interacting with people throughout the day.


This is a full-time, onsite, temporary-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule, easy access from Route 83, and plenty of secure, free parking.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist both walk-in customers and callers efficiently, even during busy periods.
  • Respond to general questions and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with daily office operations.
  • Support a collaborative team while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience.
  • A warm, professional, and personable communication style.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Comfortable balancing in-person customer interactions while managing incoming phone calls.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is helpful.
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
