Clerical Receptionist
Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire | $18-$20 per hour

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Clerical Receptionist to become the welcoming face of a well-established local organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys interacting with people throughout the day.
This is a full-time, onsite, temporary-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule, easy access from Route 83, and plenty of secure, free parking.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist both walk-in customers and callers efficiently, even during busy periods.
- Respond to general questions and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support.
- Maintain organized records and assist with daily office operations.
- Support a collaborative team while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience.
- A warm, professional, and personable communication style.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Comfortable balancing in-person customer interactions while managing incoming phone calls.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is helpful.
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
