Assign & mng tasks for workers & subcontractors, monitoring timely completion of work according to the proj sched. Inspect & control work quality at each proj phase, idntfyg & resolving deficiencies to maint consistent stndrds. Coord delivery & availability of constr mat'ls & resources to support uninterrupted proj prog. Train & support workers on co stndrds, constr techniques, & safety procedures. Req Bachelor's Deg in Management or rltd field & 2 yrs exp in constr proj coordn, interior finishing, or rltd field. Travel req'd to Orange County, CA 5 times/week. $87,400/yr.
