SCOUTING DIRECTOR, US-LATIN AMERICA DIVISION Identify, evaluate, recruit, and retain Major and Minor League Baseball Players, with a focus on Latin American players in the U.S and abroad, in collaboration with U.S.-based resources such as financial, physical, and mental training, and marketing partners. Requires frequent travel, namely brief scouting trips to Latin American countries and various locations around the United States. Full time.
