Analyst, Investment & Structured Finance (Stamford, CT): Originate, negotiate, conduct due diligence, and coordinate the transaction process of project and portfolio acquisitions for an established owner and operator of distributed generation solar assets, including self-developed projects, late-stage development projects, and secondary/operating project/portfolio acquisitions. Establish, develop, and expand relationships with clients, customers, and channel partners. Identify, model, underwrite, and perform due diligence on investment opportunities. Work with financial modeling; investment due diligence; negotiation; and, relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. Req's Bachelor's degree plus 1 yr exp.
