Skills Genpact LLC seeks Senior Developer Web Applications (Java/J2EE) (multiple positions) in Plano, TX to be responsible for architecture, design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance of Java, J2EE, and Spring-based applications using Agile methodology. Analyze business requirements, identify various components, and sub-components to be developed. Plan and effort estimation, design, code, test, debug, optimize, and document solutions that are required to fulfil the project requirements. Develop, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and software components using Java and Spring based technology stack. Design and develop distributed, cloud hosted, responsive, single page web applications using Java, Spring, Angular, JavaScript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS3, and AWS cloud solutions like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3. Debug, performance tune, and fix defects reported in production and during Quality Assurance (QA) testing. Coordinate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure overall quality of the solution, coordinate technical development activities, report project health and status, maintain requirement, and design and technical specification documents using appropriate project management tools. Identify emerging technologies to be used in the projects to solve challenging problems and perform proof of concept. Identify opportunities to improve system architecture, user experience, overall design, and performance. Delegate assignments to offshore team, provide technical guidance, keep track of progress, review deliverables, and perform code reviews.
Education Position requires a Master's degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology, or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation is acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires 2 years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Angular, Java Script, Jquery; 2 years of experience with Apache Tomcat, Apache Maven, and GIT; and 2 years of experience on cloud technologies like AWS EC2, AWS RDS, AWS S3. Position headquartered in Plano, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $156,998 to $164,847 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $156,998 to $164,847. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
