Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Account Executive to join our team. This role is 
primarily focused on recruitment advertising, serving clients in the Bozeman, MT market as well as several 
small community markets throughout Montana. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a rural 
media landscape, understands the hiring needs of local businesses, and can consult effectively with 
employers on print and digital recruitment solutions. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, 
friendly phone presence are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain advertising accounts with employers actively hiring in the Bozeman area and assigned small Montana markets.
• Serve as a consultative resource for clients seeking help with recruitment and help-wanted advertising 
  across print, online, and digital platforms.
• Accurately take ads over the phone, ensuring correct copy, run dates, and billing information while providing a smooth, professional experience for the caller.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Manage assigned accounts that include Bozeman and surrounding communities, with regular outreach to clients primarily via phone and email.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the classified team to ensure accurate, timely placement of all recruitment ads.
• Handle customer questions, changes, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client activity, pipeline, and account history in the CRM.
• Stay informed on local employment trends and competitive advertising options in the region.
• Assist clients with ad copy and formatting to maximize response rates

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in media sales, advertising, recruitment, or a customer-facing role preferred; classified 
  advertising experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to take detailed information accurately over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a multi-market territory independently.
• Familiarity with the Bozeman and broader Montana business community is highly desirable.
• Comfort working with both print and digital advertising products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20 per hour plus 10% commission and opportunity to earn bonuses

Salary/Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus commission
