Position Summary, Custodial Technician - Team Lead
The Cleanroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with all safety, contamination control, and operational standards. This role leads and monitors cleaning staff, coordinates assigned activities and ensures proper cleaning techniques are consistently followed. The supervisor maintains inventory of cleanroom supplies, PPE, and garments, while also overseeing contractor and tenant activities to ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient cleanroom environment and supports overall facility operations.
