Position: Installer/Lead Installer Positions
Location: Adams Heating & Cooling Rotterdam, NY
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Position
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00/hr or higher based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Installers and Lead Installers as we continue to grow our residential and commercial divisions. These are Permanent Full-Time positions within our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install natural gas & propane forced air furnaces and water boilers.
- Install central AC and ductless air conditioning systems.
- Operate company vehicle.
- Work with office staff, dispatch and parts department for installation resolutions.
- Perform accurate record keeping for customers equipment and work details as performed during the installation.
- Maintain accurate truck inventory and keep service van and tools organized.
Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred Company will provide training to complete within 1 yr
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail.
- Must be able to work safely in attics, basements and tight spaces.
- Professional attitude, reliable, punctual and a willingness to continue industry training updates as needed.
