Position: Service Technician/Lead Technician Positions
Location: Adams Heating & Cooling Rotterdam, NY
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Position
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00/hr or higher based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Service Technician and Lead Technician as we continue to grow our residential and commercial divisions. Theses are Permanent Full-Time positions within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on heating & cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues on heat & cooling equipment.
• Communicate with customers in detail on diagnosis results and repair recommendations.
• Work with office staff, dispatch and parts department for customer resolutions.
• Perform accurate record keeping for customers equipment and work details as performed.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and keep service van and tools organized.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred Company will provide training to complete within 1 yr
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be able to work safely in attics, basements and tight spaces.
• Professional attitude, reliable, punctual and a willingness to continue industry training updates as needed.
