Allied Health and LPN Apprenticeship Program Coordinator

West Shore Community College (WSCC) seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as Allied Health and LPN Apprenticeship Program Coordinator. This position provides leadership and coordination for Allied Health and LPN Apprenticeship programs, working closely with students, faculty, healthcare employers, clinical partners, and workforce organizations to support program operations, student success, compliance, accreditation, clinical partnerships, recruitment, and workforce development initiatives. 

Successful applicants will possess a masters degree in nursing, an unencumbered Michigan RN license, and a minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing or healthcare experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with program coordination, clinical education, workforce development, or healthcare partnerships is preferred.

Salary $60,174 - $71,700 annually
