Manager, Methods & Standards (Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. / Tampa, FL) - Collect data from plant & corporate sources which will be used to update mfg standrds for beverage & food packagng prodcts on a continual basis. Reqs Bach in Industrial Engnrng, Engnrng or a closely reltd field & 5 yrs exp in positn offered or as Sr Process Engnr &/or Process Supervisor, or in similar positn(s) in the 2-piece beverage packagng industry. Bkgrd in educ, training or exp must incld proven ability to solve prblms & train personnel in the can & end makng process; exp w/ metal performance & downgaugng on the can & end productn line; ability to coordinate trials for qualificatn of new suppliers & materials; exp performng audits of can & end productn line process; ability to develop & implement process KPIs; knowldg of can lines layout, speed, & engnrng; exp w/ Minitab or JMP statistcl software. Approx 10% domestic & intl trvl reqd to visit other co. plants to familiarize w/ plant ops, conduct benchmarkng, & perform audits.
