New Construction Installation Technician

Bell Mechanical Services is hiring hands-on installers for residential new construction projects.

This role focuses exclusively on installing systems and equipment in newly built homes. If you enjoy working on active construction sites, reading plans, performing rough-ins, and completing high-quality installations, we'd like to hear from you.

This is not a service, maintenance, or sales position.

What You'll Do

  • Install residential systems and equipment in new construction homes
  • Perform rough-in work and final installations according to project plans
  • Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications
  • Work closely with builders, supervisors, and installation teams
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and company vehicle
  • Properly use and maintain personal hand tools and equipment

Requirements

  • Previous installation, construction, or skilled trades experience required
  • Experience with residential new construction strongly preferred
  • Must own and maintain basic hand tools required for the job
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions year-round
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and safely use ladders and power tools
  • Trade school education or hands-on field experience preferred
