Engineering Manager

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Kirkwood Property Services, located at the base of Kirkwood Mountain Resort, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all aspects of Homeowner Association (HOA) building property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HOA building systems and infrastructure
• Oversee fire suppression, alarm, heating/cooling, electrical, and propane systems
• Supervise and lead engineering and maintenance staff
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and building standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of property management, facilities management, or related experience
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Fire suppression systems
  • Fire alarm systems
  • HVAC (heating and cooling) systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Propane systems
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
