Raleigh NC Section 3/ DBE/ WBE Subcontractor Outreach for Multifamily Construction

Woda Cooper Companies is a general contracting service that contains Development, Construction, and Site and Tenant Management Teams. We specialize in Multi-Family affordable housing, from the process of land acquisition, through construction, up to providing managerial services to the tenants that occupy our developments we build. Our reach spans the east and central United States with developments spanning from the East Coast as far west as Arizona with continued plans to build in other states as well.

Woda Construction INC is constructing a single building, 50 unit community (consisting of one and two bedroom units). This project is known as Iris Ridge located in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking qualified DBE/WBE individuals and business concerns to fill various new hire positions and subcontracting contracts for a variety of trades.
