Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist with strong experience in programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, maintains tight tolerances, and can operate independently while producing high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform quality control (QC) inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances
• Maintain tight tolerances and high standards of workmanship
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Contribute to efficient production while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathe and mill
• Strong ability to read and interpret prints and technical drawings
• Experience performing in-process and final QC inspections
• Ability to consistently work with tight tolerances
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
