Inventory/ Receiving Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory/Receiving Clerk to join our team in a secure vault environment. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, tracking, and managing inventory while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately enter inventory data into the system
• Maintain organized and secure inventory within the vault
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with audits
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored
• Follow strict security procedures and confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a secure/vault environment with limited access
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
• Dependable with strong work ethic and integrity
