Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Austin, TX, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Consultant will focus on identifying and consulting with potential clients, building long-lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role involves frequent interaction with clients and requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and providing outstanding Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage time effectively
Salary/Compensation: $35,000 - $200,000 per year plus commission
