IAM Engineer - 435875 United Wholesale Mortgage is hiring an Identity and Access Management Engineer (IAM) for a 100% on-site position in Pontiac, MI. Duties: Integrate the IAM solution with systems and other applications. Develop custom connectors and integration solutions to enhance inter-operability within the lending ecosystem. Direct and/or indirect management responsibility for large-to enterprise-size projects /programs/initiatives/services with high complexity across multiple functional area(s). Lead the design, implementation and configuration of systems helping to optimize workflows and policies to align with industry regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards and procedures. Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and RBAC processes. Develop and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows with a focus on data security. Conduct regular audits of IAM systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems. Assist in the development and implementation of security controls and disaster recovery plans related to IAM. Req. bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related and 24 months experience as an IAM engineer, software developer, CSA or related. Mail resume to: UWM, Attn. M.
