What You’ll Do
- Perform drain cleaning, diagnostics, and residential plumbing repairs
- Handle underground work, excavation, trenchless, and drainage solutions
- Identify root causes—not just quick fixes
- Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on solutions
- Coordinate with dispatch and support job flow throughout the day
- Monitor stock levels of plumbing parts and tools.
- Lead by example in professionalism, quality, and work ethic
- Support team development and uphold company standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years plumbing experience (drain cleaning experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle a physically active role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass background screening
