The Jackson-McLain Agency is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to
join our growing team as Benefits Specialists. In this role, you will meet with Business
Owners and their employees in the area to review available state-regulated benefit
programs and help them understand options related to Life and Supplemental Health
benefits.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing guidance,
and making a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities
Meet with clients to review available benefit programs and coverage options
Educate individuals on programs related to Life, Accident, Cancer, and Critical Illness.
Assist clients in selecting plans that best fit their needs
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
Participate in training and team development meetings
Provide professional and compassionate service to Businesses and their families.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to be coachable
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Desire to help individuals and families in your community
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided)
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Salary/Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 per year
