Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our Des Moines team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and organize warehouse stock products.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Valid Driver License
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current forklift license a plus but will certify if needed.
