We started our mentorship in 2019 and since have helped develope 7 amazing veterinarians!

We are a surgery heavy practice where you will learn to get your spay time down to 15 minutes and learn how to do advanced procedures with efficiency!

We're seeking a veterinarian who:

Holds a DVM/VMD (AVMA-accredited or equivalent) and is eligible for California licensure.
Has a growth mindset-eager to learn, continuously improve and strive for excellence

Values long-term relationships with clients and their pets.
Enjoys a diverse caseload-wellness, urgent, high surgery load and complex cases.

Compensation & Benefits: AMAZING SIGN ON/ STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT BONUS!!

NEW GRADUATES: $140,000 with mentorship (~6 months tailored to your needs), once mentorship is complete Associate will be eligible for production bonuses!
