Are you ready to lead, mentor, and shape the future of urgent care medicine? Davies Animal Medical Hospital is seeking a Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian to guide and grow our expanding GP/urgent care service within our privately owned, 9-doctor hospital.

Your Role as Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian:

• Lead and develop our urgent care service until 10pm
• Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, support staff and students
• Manage and oversee urgent and same-day cases
• Help shape protocols, workflow, and clinical excellence
• Drive a culture of efficiency, compassion, and high-quality medicine

What We're Looking For:

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent) + eligible for California licensure
• Strong experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development
• Confidence in handling a fast-paced, diverse caseload
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and client communication

Love of surgery, teaching and jumping in is a must!

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000 - $225,000+ (DOE)

Production Bonus - Potential up to $300K+

Additional Quarterly Mentor/ Lead Bonus
