What You'll Do

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a variety of orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities
• Utilizing cutting-edge technology, including:
  • 3D imaging
  • Intraoral scanning
  • SureSmile
  • OrthoPulse
• Performing indirect and direct bracket bonding
• Placing archwires and orthodontic attachments
• Cementing orthodontic appliances
• Assisting with the placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs)
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Educating patients and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Following sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols
• Protecting patient privacy through strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines

No orthodontic experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Schedule

• Full-time (36–40 hours per week)
• Monday–Friday
• Regular alternating Fridays off
