Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Full Time or Part Time
Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a gentle, thorough, and highly motivated Registered Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
- Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing (SRP).
- Administer local anesthetic (must be comfortable giving anesthetic).
- Perform laser bacterial reduction/disinfection (Laser certified preferred).
- Apply sealants and topical fluoride treatments.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in [insert software name, e.g., Dentrix/Eaglesoft].

Requirements
- Active Nevada Dental Hygienist License.
- Local Anesthesia Certification.
- Laser Certification (strongly preferred).
- Experience in sealant application.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
