Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and personalized support
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within current accounts and prospects
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the company
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to reconnect with potential clients and generate new leads
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze client data for insights
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead negotiations with clients on B2B sales deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend innovative solutions that foster long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members in account management best practices

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development within a technology or related industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Demonstrated ability in business analysis to understand client needs and craft strategic solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support sales initiatives
  • Experience in technical sales or technology solutions is highly desirable
  • Ability to lead conversations confidently during warm calling sessions and client meetings
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback effectively
