Education Administrator The French-American School of Rhode Island, Providence, Rhode Island. Job Duties: Provide academic leadership in a bilingual French-American immersion school with responsibilities that include overseeing the Academic Plan, curriculum and instruction, observing classrooms, teaching methods, classroom management, learning materials and programs to determine areas for improvement and maintain curriculum standards, make recommendations regarding assignment of faculty and staff, supporting faculty development, managing academic scheduling, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and French Ministry of Education requirements to maintain dual accreditation. Required Education: Bachelors in Education or closely related. Will accept foreign diploma/degree equivalent. Required Experience: Thirty-six (36) months as a Teacher in a bilingual French-American immersion school or closely related.
