About this role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer inquiries, order accuracy, and cross-department issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services
• Resolve shipping and order issues (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, tracking, freight discrepancies, etc.)
• Coordinate with Imports and Purchasing teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
• Issue credits, returns labels, and shipping corrections as needed
• Track and correct carrier address updates and delivery errors
• Run and distribute customer service and error reports for sales and warehouse teams
• Support international customer service needs
• Assist with sales order entry and inbound sales calls when needed
• Assign and manage daily/weekly/monthly error reporting for internal teams

Qualifications 

• Associate’s degree required
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
