We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with expertise in commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, providing efficient and reliable repair services to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future repairs or upgrades.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, including refrigeration units, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC components.
- Experience troubleshooting issues related to water supply, refrigeration, and electrical components.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as EPA 608, HVAC/R, or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively analyze complex issues and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Low Temp Is A Must have.
- All hand tools.
