Store Located: United Tire & Service
We are seeking a Automotive Service Manager with high customer service skills to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the service team along with 1 other manager in a high-volume, service-driven business. Making sure the store runs efficiently and is up to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills are our first priority.
- Supervise service team of workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service experience is a must, customer service, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior management of service teams expected.
- Strong leadership qualities
