Seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking educational leader to serve as Principal of a high achieving middle school serving approximately 250 students in grades 6-8. The successful candidate will be a visible instructional leader with a strong record of excellence in curriculum, supervision, and student achievement. The candidate should also demonstrate the vision, creativity, and initiative to introduce innovative ideas while continuously strengthening an already high-performing school community. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Prior experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal preferred. Candidate must hold a NJ Principal's Certification or a Certificate of Eligibility.
