Job Description
We are an architectural millwork company. We build millwork for commercial construction, retail, health care, industrial and educational industries. You will be responsible for running the CNC and edgebander. The more experience you have with CNC and edgebanding millwork parts and panels and building architectural millwork the better.
- CNC experience with Onsrud & Homag (Centateq N-300) and C.R. Onsrud (193G16D)
- Edgebanding experience with Homag edgebanding machine.
- Experience with CNC and understanding CAD drawings in a custom cabinet shop environment a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret cabinet drawings/prints.
- Dependable -on time ready to work.
- Ability to work well with other and alone.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Positive impact to the shop and the company overall
- Willingness to learn and retain procedures and processes.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours.
- Pay is based on experience.

Advantage Millwork offers full-service delivery including CAD services, shop drawing production, construction, shipping, and installation.
