We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handlers, Assemblery Operators, Quality Control and Warehouse Keepers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. These roles require a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Assembler Operators:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.
Assembler Operator I:
- Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
Additional Responsibilities for Assembler Operator II:
- Be capable of all responsibilities of Operator I.
- Perform testing on products to ensure they meet minimum performance requirements.
- Maintain certification on multiple skills to ensure flexible production capabilities.
Material Handler:
- Safely load, unload, and move materials either manually or with the use of pallet jacks or other equipment
- Receive, inspect, and goods transferred from warehouse for accuracy and condition, reporting discrepancies or damages.
- Pack, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment according to company standards.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement, updates, and stock levels to maintain transparency and efficiency.
- Organize and stock materials in the designated areas, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
- Deliver materials or products to appropriate production areas or departments as needed.
- Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve assembly challenges.
Warehouse Keeper:
- Picking, organizing, and maintaining the inventory of components, materials, and orders required for production, assembly and shipments to customers. This role involves handling the full lifecycle of materials, from receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to dispatching items to production teams and shipping finished orders.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels for electronic components, trackers, and materials, conducting regular audits to ensure physical counts match recorded data.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Verify incoming shipments for quantity and quality, and coordinate the timely delivery of materials to production lines.
- Shipping and Dispatching: Verify outgoing shipments for quantity and quality, and coordinate the timely shipment of orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements (inflows and outflows) using warehouse management systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Organize the layout to optimize space, ensure safety standards (6S techniques) are met, and keep the area clean.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a manufacturing environment.
Quality Inspector:
- Responsible for inspecting and testing manufactured products, documenting defects, and verifying corrective actions in the production process. This role works closely with production staff, engineers, and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on PCBA and other components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or issues in the manufacturing process and products.
- Corrective Actions: Verify the implementation of corrective actions to address identified defects and prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in KAIZEN projects and other initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on quality issues and improvements for management review.
- Scheduling QC Personnel: Plan and coordinate QC staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across production lines and shifts.
- Audit and Inspection Accuracy: Ensure QC auditors and inspectors perform inspections accurately and in compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.
- Initial Investigation: Support initial investigation of process or product abnormalities and assist in root cause identification.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
- Confirm and receive defective, rework, or dismantled materials at IQC.
- Perform visual inspections for cosmetic defects on materials received in IQC/MRB.
- Send defective and good materials to designated disposition locations.
- Generate warehouse transfer tickets and collect required signatures.
- Maintain inventory control in MRB.
- Coordinate activities of inspectors and provide training on material inspection when required.
- Support engineers and arrange priorities for incoming material inspections.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management or Quality department.
- High school diploma or above.
- Knowledge of statistical tools and ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of following visual or written instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for data recording and report preparation.
- Willingness to learn company quality standards and improve inspection/documentation skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude toward continuous training.
- Comfortable working in a production or quality support environment.
