General contractor based in Southern Maryland looking for experienced Construction Project Managers to coordinate and manage projects in support of our Government Construction Contracts.

We are Looking for Motivated Project Managers with the Following Skills:

• · Project Scope and Design Development
• · Project Estimating
• · Subcontractor Selection and Management
• · Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• · Strong Interpersonal Skills
• · Computer Competency
• · Government Contracting Experience (highly preferred)
• · Preferred certs and experience: OSHA 30, USACE, NAVFAC, CQM, Quality Control, SSHO, federal government contracting
