Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and customer inquiries

Qualifications
Experience with hollow metal doors and frames required
Working knowledge of commercial hardware
2–5 years of experience in the commercial hardware industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
