Communications Collaborative is currently seeking organized, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our remote team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and communicating with job seekers throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience while supporting company growth.


High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable internet connection for remote positions
Willingness to learn and complete paid training
Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
