Northshore Dock & Marine is seeking a General Labor / Seasonal Dock Worker to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, transporting, and servicing docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment throughout Northern Michigan. This is a physically active outdoor position ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work, long days, and being part of a fast-moving crew.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment
- Perform heavy lifting and outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Work alongside crew leaders to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain job site cleanliness and assist with general labor tasks
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work long hours during peak season
- Construction, landscaping, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is a plus
