The Entry Level Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in various tasks. Duties
- Assist in managing office and field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the clients' experience
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviewing and employee hiring processes
- Supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Manage field schedules
- Implement lead and route strategies to maximize sales potential
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training & development of staff members is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective personnel management
- Knowledge of sales strategies is beneficial
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
