The Warehouse Clerk plays a vital role within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment, handling inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order processing. This position requires light physical activity such as lifting and walking and involves close collaboration within a small team. The Warehouse Clerk utilizes a proprietary Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate data entry, quality control, documentation, safety compliance, and customer support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods efficiently
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Perform data entry using proprietary Warehouse Management System
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
  • Maintain proper documentation for shipments and receipts
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
  • Provide support to customers regarding order status and inquiries

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Associate Degree in Logistics or related field
  • Proficient in Inventory Management Systems and RF Scanning
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills
