Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire
Work Setting: On-site


About the Role

Abel Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Associate to join a growing organization in Lancaster, PA. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys administrative work, front desk support, customer service, and helping an office run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Take clear and accurate messages
  • Support leadership with scheduling, calendars, meetings, and follow-up
  • Process payments, donations, deposits, and related documentation
  • Complete daily bank deposits
  • Assist with HR onboarding tasks, including interview packets, screenings, clearances, and new-hire paperwork
  • Manage office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
  • Support general office organization and daily administrative operations
  • Communicate professionally in both English and Spanis


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2–4 years of administrative, front desk, office, or customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with payments, records, and basic financial information
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work on-site in Lancaster, PA
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States


Nice to Have

  • Experience with payment processing, deposits, or basic accounting
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Experience with onboarding or HR administrative tasks
