Accounts Payable Shift: 7:00am-2:30pm Monday - Thursday

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials,
pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon
operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members
with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

Essential Functions

Responsible for accounting functions including verifying and posting accounts payable
transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
Process daily credit card receipts and monitor the credit card program travel expenses.
Reconcile and post journal entries for credit card transactions
Reconcile vendor statements
Closely monitor vendor accounts and take corrective action to keep accounts in good
standing.
Set up new accounts, process credit applications.
Maintain w9 software and request certificates of insurance when necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability
required.)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in
the future.
May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug
screening.
Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
1-2 years previous Accounts payable experience required with an understanding of
bookkeeping procedures.
SAP Business 1 knowledge preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel required.
Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
Equipment/Machinery Used
PC Computer and other office equipment.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Able to sit or stand for 5-8 hours at a time.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Primarily working in an office environment.
